MIT Lincoln Laboratory Beaver Works - Autonomous Race Car
https://www.ll.mit.edu/outreach/beaver-works-summer-institute
The Autonomous car has a color and depth camera along with a LiDAR to detect objects completely around it. I implemented line and lane following, cone slaloming, and wall following. Finally developed a neural network from the LiDAR images collected on a track. The neural network model had 96% accuracy. Model successfully completed different tracks autonomously. Participated in the final Grand Prix. Won the first place award in the wall following course of the Time Trials race.

Whitney Lab, University of Berkeley
https://whitneylab.berkeley.edu/
Researched to find out whether ensemble bias has the ability to reduce spatial heterogeneity/visual bias under the guidance of Dr. Allison Yamanashi Leib. Developed procedure and analyzed data using MATLAB. The results were very significant, supporting the hypothesis. Presented the findings and documented the results in the attached research paper.

Gesture-Controlled RC Car with Robot Arm - BlueStamp Engineering
https://bluestampengineering.com/student-projects/nitin-v-2/
Built a gesture-controlled RC Car with a robotic arm. Used NRF modules to communicate between the car and my hand. Used flex sensors to control the direction and speed of the car and the robotic arm.
Below is the link to the final demo.

MathandCoding - A non-profit organization - President
www.mathandcoding.org/
Member of organization for several years. Happy and proud to help students explore the STEM field, in hopes of reaching the less fortunate. Constantly provided workshops across the Bay Area, even during the COVID pandemic, as I created a remote plan that allowed children to learn through a safe medium. As president, I helped numerous children gain a STEM education and explore their passions. Helped develop the curriculum for Python, Robotics, Physics, Math, and Machine Learning.
